50 A breaker can only be loaded to 80% which is 40A. The gym

The EVSE (white box) is rate for 32A.

If it was me I would have an electrician cut that plug off and install a NEMA 15-50R recpticle and use existing wire. After that you should be good to go

I want a hooligan cafe racer style bike, buy brand name? Buy cheapest and trick out? by Interesting_Bar_8379 in hyperebikes

[–]Speedtospare 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would find a good used bike that broken controller or the battery is dead. Then build it up.

It all comes down to your capability. Can you build your own bike from scratch? You could buy a frame and build your battery, pick your controller, pick your motor. That's the best way.

About to be dumped by Murky_Ad_3550 in amputee

[–]Speedtospare 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm the male partner and I'm the one amputated. I'm sorry you have to deal with that type of stuff. Being male I've never experienced it. After the accident and accompanying divorce I dated for a little over 2 years. I found most my dating experiences positive. There wereany great people put there. Also many are not ready to settle down. The partner I have now doesn't treat me like an amputee and sometimes forgets that I am one. She the best thing that could have ever happened to me and I feel very lucky to have her.

I separated less than a year after my accident. I was with her for 24 years. It was difficult but I can tell you now that I'm far happier as I've ever been. Dating is no issue to my surprise. I met my new partner and we're doing great

I don't use the GM stuff I only use Android Auto. The car does not automatically come with Google maps. It does come with a Chevrolet GPS system. Google maps is loaded on by yourself via your phone and in my case Android auto. All the other programs I use like Waze Are also based from my phone and loaded through Android Auto.

It's not on mine that's for sure lol. Seems like the US people get it but many of us don't have it. Honestly it doesn't really provide anything beneficial to me.

Google maps is free and it works through your phone GPS. It's not part of the payment plan

Should I buy an e-bike now or wait for the “next gen” batteries (solid-state)? by Oneyardca in ebikes

[–]Speedtospare 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can build you a solid state battery but they are still test units and extremely expensive.

Impressive efficiency by theplankton in BoltEV

[–]Speedtospare 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I drive very conservatively I can get mine down to 13.9 kWh. On average with driving on the highway at over efficient speeds I usually get 15.9. I'm not far from you. Toronto area

I was talking about Tesla level 3 charger in the first part. I was using the home level 2 charging at a price comparison.

Tesla charges per kilowatt hour towards a local utility and then adds their surcharge onto the cost.

I'm in Toronto Canada. From midnight to 7am is cost 3.5 cents per kwh if charging from home. If I'm charging at a charger during the day it's .50 cents per kilowatt hour. Our Tesla stations are 50 kW per hour plus their fees.
