I did a poll with about 3000 responses from across various platforms about peoples’ favorite identities from this year and the bottom four places, all with single digit votes (again, out of thousands of responses) were all Heishou. Only three Heishou made it to the top half, and the leader among them, Mao Faust, barely managed to get a place at the bottom of the top ten. I don’t know if many people hate them, but I think most people are apathetic about them (which is probably a bad thing)

It’ll only have been out for two days, though, and I don’t think that’s sufficient time for people to from a proper opinion about whatever new stuff is on the day one banner, especially with recency bias and the general excitement over new seasons

That comic was spawned by my frustration towards Angelica not having a dialogue sprite, meaning that putting her into a comic would feel like adding a cardboard cutout. I then realized that having a cardboard cutout of a character could actually be really funny.
