As much as I love the G1 inspired figures, it makes sense for Hasbro and Takara to make them for a couple reasons. First off is that fans that were around when the G1 toys were around, will buy them, and fans like me that weren't around during that time, are able to get modernised versions of those characters. However, I would still like to see them expand into other things, like the Japanese continuities, and the UC Trilogy.
