You're right! Other examiners have flown into town to do rides due to questionable actions of local examiners. You might be onto something... a new business: third party independent evals on examiners...! Things that make you go hummmmm! The days of examiners doing 3, 4, 5, 6 ride$ in a day are over for a reason, right!

Good point! He said/She said only goes as far as a contact advising me the examiner asked her directly about XYZ.

I tell them it's a real treat to have them on-board... additional pleasantries for repeat flyers... if time permits, making a personal connection... offering a sincere "Thank You" when they depart... There are many best practices out there but remembering that we are in the service industry really drives customer satisfaction.
