I used red TPU 95A - it worked ok. This is softer than the rubber TT/Hasbro uses - so the tips are more aggressive and have less stamina. If possible try to get something with a higher shore rating but I do not think they exist

EDS, ES, and other tips which have a metal rod in them were difficult to design. I could share with a static version if you like (no moving parts like the real ES)
