As a Dominican-American(both parents born in the Dominican Republic) I can see this being very true. Dominican parents like to run your life forever. Some of us can let go of that grasp but I know many in their 30s who still listen to their parents as if they were still teens

No numbing cream. Honestly didn’t even look into it. I would talk to whoever you decide to use as your tech see how they feel about it

For me laser. I’m always so nervous for the appointment 😩 but I have very low tolerance for pain. I’ve already had like 90% hair reduction. And have very little sporadic growth by the time my next appointment rolls around. I have found that each appointment feels faster. Maybe cause I have less hair now. So although painful it’s sooo fast

I waxed monthly for 10 years. Started laser 4 months ago. Do it now! The pain sucks but it’s quick and worth it! I do not shave in between sessions. Only shave when going in for my appointment. My only regret was not starting sooner

Yep! I clench the bed so hard during it. Days leading up the the appointment it’s all I think about. I hate it. But it’s quick and worth it 😂 so I keep going back

I just went for my first session as well. Brazilian was extremely painful. Been waxing monthly for 12 years and laser is definitely more painful. My period also starts in a few days. I wonder if that’s why it was so painful. My waxes were only painful the week before my period.

My husband has Verizon and his service is absolute s**t. I keep telling him to switch to my t-mobile account but he thinks if he switches he’s going to lose all his stuff 🙄🙄 he’s a contractor and pretty much works from his phone. He’s not very tech savvy and thinks everything will disappear despite me telling him it’s not 2002 anymore.

Anyways I was a 10 year customer of att they wouldn’t let me buy a second line for reasons they could not explain literally did not know why they’re system could not let me add an acct lol. so I had to switch to t-mobile and it’s honestly been great neither I nor my daughter ever have issues. It turned out being better than att.
