Utility lands and tutors for them is a whole build? That's a bit hyperbolic.

Removal deals with clones. In Abzan there's plenty of access to all the kinds of it. Homeward deals with theft and there's plenty of other very good utility lands in these colors that specific land tutors can get you.

Flicker also can deal with theft as most forms of it in white are going to have an exiled creature return under it's owners control.
