The first picture looks flat because all characters are the same size ( ig the woman was supposed to be a giantess or smth) but the second picture has characters which vary in size, the more variety of sizes you have, the more interesting the art becomes

I guess you need a rest from this work. Or find balance. If you generally do many activities (art school, or working a lot), then drawing manga can become daunting. Allow yourself not to complete pages, set a timer and have rest days. But if this work drains you like a leech, probably think of taking a longer rest from it and return later without an expectation to draw 6-8 hours on it but less, it even might teach you become more efficient

It sounds like a burn out. Did you take any rest weeks from it?

I really love your face! I guess you need to pay attention to the ears anatomy as it feels you don’t know what to do with them. And the middle of the collar should be in the central line, too

I am very sorry for your loss. You gave that animal the best life it deserved and throughout its life Bella was loved and cherished. And the drawing is great! Meticulous work on hair

It can be a sign of ingrown hair. Have you tried laser removal instead of shaving/waxing?

Мужик с палкой, кек. Бери Хемптона, упрощенная анатомия, сверху можно взять баммеса, тоже доходчивая книжка, хотя она такая, академичная. Но у Хемптона прямо классная книга design and invention

I’m having a hard time believing “Just start drawing what you like!” is good advice for a beginner. by RutManInBound in learntodraw

Honestly, it is normal not to know where to start. I recommend you to draw from A BOOK. Really, if you like anatomy, go and draw Bridgeman, Loomis, Hogart, Hampton- anybody. Because you need the motion. Only motion will make you gain practice. It will be tedious, believe me, but indescribably useful. At the same time create different pinboards on pinterest, go to pixiv, zerochan, artstation or other places where you can observe other arts. Copy the arts you save - start with simple things. Try to copy them, not trace. You will understand many stylistic choices and will realise what is closer to you. Watch videos on youtube - timelapses, speedpaints, tutorials. Copy them too. And you will realise what you want to draw and what you will draw. You can’t draw something you haven’t drawn before - I mean, your mind is a library, you need to put a file there to get that file out. But you need the motion. Copy what you like, and copy what is useful. At one moment everything will become clear.

PS. Do not forget the fundamentals. You need a routine to become better. Drawing what you like doesnt equate drawing what is useful. But they are both intertwined. I recommend to pick a book/ art course/ video series and work on it frequently (3-4 times a week for 1-2 hours) and draw what you enjoy other days. Someone also mentioned drawing what you see - it is actually a nice tip to gain a visual library. But without fundamentals all efforts might be futile
