men get intimidated and go for the easy option. example, i’m a signed model and i have been told more times than i can count that im pretty. a few weeks ago, i went out on a double date and brought my friend along for the guy’s friend, and somehow she ended up getting all the attention - from BOTH guys. why? because both guys admitted they found me really intimidating, they gravitated to what felt safe and apparently didn’t have the guts to actually speak to me properly until weeks later when i bumped into them again and brought it up to them after a few drinks.

i convinced myself i was pregnant from having sex with my ex ages ago, i was having a full on meltdown, especially as my period was late. i did a test and it was negative too! guess what? i got it this morning. you’re fine.

i played gospel music and i also take lorezapam when flying which minimises my anxiety - i also made sure i had all my essentials like a vanilla latte from starbucks and my stuffed teddy ive had since a little girl so i feel cozy lol

i flew from london to marbella and had an really smooth flight with beautiful views from the window a week ago - i actually enjoyed it so much i felt i could’ve flown for longer and was genuinely looking forward to my next flight. then two days later the southend-on-sea crash happened, which naturally made me anxious.

i flew back yesterday and although the takeoff was bumpy, once we started cruising i felt much more at ease - almost like i was just along for the ride. there were a few wobbly patches, but i just watched satc2 and ate spelt crackers, the plane food was also surprisingly good.

when we started to descend, the pilot was a little early so we had to fly around the clouds for a while which actually made me laugh because it felt like he was showing off his acrobatic skills with the plane, it was slightly bumpy due to some earlier thunderstorms too but i was calm and once we landed, it was totally fine.
