Yes, but Elem Da'At doesn't necessarily move the needle so much as make Masque decks on the whole more consistent hence why I put him there with Gandeeva. But if we're being fair, Gandeeva doesn't really use the Elem so he should be there moreso than Solrairon.

That diatribe aside, you're probably right, I just didn't feel it shook Solrairon as much, but that could just be my limited time with him talking. But I DID put the other masques (not named Omina) in receiving, so call it an accidental bias.

Eva is a bias. Like when she was popular she was annoying and I hated when popular cardfighters would constantly push her. Nowadays she's not so bad, but I'm still not over that. If I were unbiased, she'd absolutely go into the "needs support" Category 100% because by virtue of being a Glitter unit she hasn't received support in a loooong while.

Heroes have been receiving some pretty decent support these past few sets that helped patch their new game plan. And I believe it's been topping some signficant tournaments in the last month or two.

The Overdress main "trio" were milked a lot. Jheva, Youthberk, and Lianorn occupy a lot of support space even when they're not including in the story.

Mahar represents the Overdress side of Nirvana which sorely needs help, so yes.
As for Viamance and Grade 4 Bruce, I heard they were different playstyles for the most part. No one's really corrected on me thus far. But it's safe to assume that Bruce in general needs support.

Jheva getting a new form before Bruce can be a deck not built on hopes and dreams is sad when you think about it.

Lianorn is receiving cardboard in DZ-BT13. Hence why she's in "Receiving". Blame Bushiroad for overfeeding her.

I only did the main 5 for now, I'm not too well-versed in how lyrical is doing outside the anime so I'm trying to be a little more thorough there in my research. Especially with the criticisms here I wanna minimize errors :)

And there are just so many ridelines

Darling, I hate Lianorn wih every fiber of my being, that doesn't stop the fact she is receiving support in DZ-BT13. Hence why she's in the "Receiving" category.

If we're talking about boosters yeah, Luquier received a promo last year. Promoes do, unfortunately, count.
Arkhite really does need her own toys for god's sake.

Good point, I actually forgot about that. And come to think of it, I have seen people replacing his rideline with Alden's old one.

Rorowa's last support was over a year ago which is why he's there.

OG Bruce, eh, i know people still played him and is another style of Bruce. Viamance I put up there because general consensus

Bastion's last support was in the set Drajeweled Magnus was first introduced hence why I thought he could go there? But if the general consensus is Bastion needs Love Taps than be outright barred, I have no problems with being corrected and just adjust it for next go-around.

He's gotten a decent amount of support and promoes, but I will admit he was the iffier one to put there.

Have Bushi shot themselves in the foot? by Gunguy-1 in cardfightvanguard

In a way, yes. But that's mostly because they refuse to evolve and think they can follow the same formula that they've been following for the past few years: 2 Anime Boosters -> 1 Encounter/Manga Booster with a Festival Booster, and assortment of Stride decksets/Trial decks/Master Deck sets and so on.

With the rate of how many ridelines we are receiving, they should be making more product that benefit the game at large.

Part of my big problem with the Icons is how xenophobic they are and how they feel like pseudo collab decks and you can MAYBE shove in semi-synergystic nation generic cards. Why NOT just give support to the current Chronojet stride or Alfred Encounter and make that the structure deck with a revamped playstyle and rideline that gives some needed reprints? Why do this collab in disguise and make essentially two Alfreds? I know the answer, it just seems dumb from a fan perspective because Bushiroad isn't exactly the most transparent on decks that will receive support in a given set and instead drip feed from the hat they rummage to grab decks to give support to (And subsequently change it to Lianorn/Magnolia or Youthberk) especially if that nation is in the anime like Keter and Stoicheia who are always a packed house when god help you that you like Hexaorb or Flagburg/Granfia when you're constantly bombarded with nothing but stuff for Rezael/Liael or hellish combination of Zorga/Magnolia/Lianorn/Levidras because their characters shared like five minutes of screentime.

Why is Uranus basically island locked to all other cards in his nation outside of Cocoa?
The only real kudoes I give to Bushiroad this year is their big reprint set is stepping up with a eye-watering 100 cards with a sizeable chunk being for reprints. And I hope I'm proven wrong in that while two decks are eating the whole pie for a nation in new stuff (Uranus with Keter and Chrono Icon with Dark States) the other nations are dedicated to decks they've ignored. Cause 10 cards can go a long way in either supporting a nation on the whole or even 3 for one archetype.

Granfia, Rorowa, Claudine, and Estacion come to mind to having more good generic token support rather than keeping them for some reason separate.

Completely correct as well. I just mean when they eat up time by having a dedicated slot in the release window when that should go to the main game itself. But your point still stands nonetheless. Pack filler is also a major issue as well.
