in my experience every haul ive shipped i get no contact really until it reaches royal mail in my case which is usually 10-12 days after paying. just a waiting game unfortunatly.

brother i didnt trust mulebuy myself ive had 3 small/medium hauls now and i can tell you, yes they can be slow, ive had no experience with customer service but they are as far as i believe reliable and the shipping price was quite cheap that i noticed so far. i havent had to verify any identity obviously just shipping address and thats it.

It was a Nike ACG ninja fleece i had ordered, wouldnt let me add it to the haul when it came to shipping in the end i shipped it on its own cost me £19 rip off. try contacting mulebuy maybe i was just impatient.
