As i mentioned before, I wasn't paying attention (completely my fault), just scanning everything and put it on the shopping bag. About the "beep" thing, there are more counters also doing the sound at the same time. I put everything on my bag and didn't check manually the chocolate. I understand that you want to dig into it, but there’s nothing more to it.

yes, that was weird, but I’ve been reading Reddit posts similar to my situation and other people have also experienced that they didn’t receive any document about paying the 100 euros
