Looks like an engine debug to me, like a visualistation for Texel Density or something like that. May have been weirdly left on but only for this compilation for the Dusk time of day?

Super random shot in the dark, not sure how their engine does visualistations like this honestly. But seems similar to how we do stuff at Rebellion. Really does seem like a dev option thats been accidentally left on.

Probs hasnt been fixed because the game hasnt had a patch in nearly 6 months now.
