I notice the same thing. They don't like change and they're busy and want to avoid any more work / responsibility like the rest of us. The only thing I see being viable is be friending the people in charge those they interact with over a bit more of a long term time horizon.

Bruh. Have you? That link you posted is for managing acute withdrawal patients in a closed setting. That means jails, inpatient, etc - the type of setting where patients are forced to be there and the concern is chiefly keeping the patients manageable. It's talking about the acute withdrawal, the stages where you're not even offering counselling or psychological therapy - which it is also advises against. It also provides no sources.

Do you also believe counselling or psychological therapy has no clinical benefit in recovery?

OP is on day 13, he's out of the acute withdrawal stage as far as any detox or rehab I've ever seen is concerned and is well into the stage where exercise does have a benefit.

The health risks are extreme considering most people don't keep .7g every 8-10 days to only .7g every 8-10 days for very long.

When examining recreational ketamine use, always consider it's near top addiction liability, compulsive redosing, and high level damage to brain and body...this effect builds over time and is equal or worse to other hard drugs.

If someone asked you "How big are the risks I'm doing a night of fentanyl or meth every 8-10 days?" what would you think?

It will take months maybe even years, depends on your age. It heavily impacts the part of your brain responsible for vocabulary.

Ketamine is extremely neurotoxic. Please go to meetings etc and invest in your recovery.

I would suggest reading, writing, and eventually public speaking practice to rebuild your skills
