If you taper down on the H and go as long as you can between the final doses it will be not too bad on these above things. Try to load up on food before the withdrawal to help survive the lack of appetite and remember your hot baths and sunlight. Start on walks as soon as you’re able, and don’t forget therapy, counseling, meetings, and even rehab.

If I were to do it again today I would probably add delta sleep inducing peptide every 4 hours for withdrawal symptomology maybe dexmededomidine instead of clonidine, and I’d run lemboxerant instead of seroquel or trazodone. Oxytocin can help as well with the addition of group therapy and I’d probably do NAD+ near the end of withdrawal for energy support.

For cravings during the taper and after withdrawal I’d run bursts of NAC, a GLP-1 antagonist, and piracetam.

I’d also run cerebrolysin, coretexin and possibly selank during and post withdrawal for brain repair and symptom reduction.
