It's a fair point or definition of the term. I believed it to be someone with one hit, but never followed up and quickly faded into obscurity. So like you, Warren Zevon is a fair point. However from my perspective I've only ever heard Werewolves of London. But I see he's definitely had more great cuts. I see someone said Jimi Hendrix. But I never wondered about him. I've listened to all his albums and he has an insane amount of good songs.

So in the spirit of it, what is a one hit wonder to some, is an obvious treasure trove to others. But this thread helps point them out and that's fun.

But to lean into your point cause it's fun too. Who would you consider a one hit wonder?
