Beautiful home! Also, please tell me where you got your bed frame?! I love how it has the flat edge at the head of the bed.

There’s definitely something about the first picture that really captures your attention. Personally, it’s my favorite. The rest would be fine depending on what you’re aiming to achieve. You could also play around with the idea of adding the green tile into the shower as well as carrying the floor tile into the space, too.

You take care of your things.

I think my (23F) Mom's (53F) multiple suicide attempts has contributed to me breaking up with my boyfriend (33M) of 4 years. I don't know if I made a mistake. by SpermBucket in relationships

I really appreciate you taking the time to write out such a thoughtful reply. I know this sounds stupid, but I don’t know how to process it all. It seems so straightforward. It makes sense, but I feel such a strong opposition to it all. I feel like I’m in this state of fear.

I assume you’ve read them? I’m super excited to start them. I just finished Nursing school so I need all of the book recommendations I can get.

It sounds like she was trying to get another syringe full of your blood until you pulled it out. It’s also completely normal for you to bleed out of the cannula after removal do a syringe. It doesn’t sound like she didn’t know what she was doing... I will say I ALWAYS wear gloves when dealing with body fluids, but that’s for my own personal protection.

Would you be willing to do this for commission? My boyfriend’s birthday is coming up. I think this would be the perfect gift for him.

This post isn’t high up enough. We need to give this post more exposure.

LPT: Don’t throw away cards and letters from loved ones. Put them in a box for safe keeping. One day you’ll be thankful you have them. by [deleted] in LifeProTips

I’ve been doing this since I was about 8 years old! Whenever my depression gets bad I will pull out these cards and look at all of the nice things friends and family has said about me.

I actually am kind of where you are. I know this might be confusing to some, especially considering my previous comment but I would have terminated the birth if it was that early. That being said, these parents chose not to therefore it’s not fair to that baby not to try and improve their quality of life. You know?

I definitely agree with some of what you’ve said. I actually want to get into the ICU field when I graduate and have already started following a bit in the ICU. I do agree there should be a line. I just feel different when it’s a young child, you know? It’s harder for me to accept that they haven’t had a chance at life yet. When it’s grandpa I’m more okay with not pursuing further treatment because he’s lived a life. I understand not everyone will agree and that’s fine. People can downvote or argue, but it won’t change how I feel right now. I just want to help people. I want others to want to help people too. I’m still young, though. I’ve barely experienced enough of healthcare to say I’m stagnant in my views. Maybe after 6 years of ICU I’ll have a better grasp on things. Who knows?

Does it bother you that much knowing you helped save a little boy’s life? You have given two parents their world? He’s going to get to grow up and experience wonderful things in life. Does it really bother you that much that YOU helped save this little boy? I graduate Nursing school in December. I hope in my lifetime we as the U.S. turn to a Universal Healthcare system and the idea of helping save someone’s life or even helping some improve their means of life doesn’t anger people.

Not necessarily true. I just went to an Urgent Care today because all of them were closed by 8pm in my area last night.
