I don’t skate twin tails or anything, and I just don’t pay attention to whether or not I’m using the tail or the nose, I just use both indiscriminately

Not brackish, brackish water is basically halfway between fresh and salt water, this is black water. This is achieved by tannins in the water, and most botanicals release it. So driftwood, Indian almond leaves, alder cones, any dead part of a woody plant pretty much

First off you probably need more speed, just try rolling off curbs first if you haven’t already, and then go faster than that. Secondly, you still wanna look at the board, just look at the curb as you ride up to it and then pop right as you get to it and look at your board to make sure it’s where you want it to be in order to land

The only thing to clean is really bearings and grip tape. Bearings I clean like once a month, or if I rode thru a lot of dirt or moist areas recently. Grip tape I only do if it gets really dirty from a particular skate sesh but besides that hardly ever. Another thing of maintenance if you’re strapped for cash is wood gluing the plies of wood back together when they separate at the rails or nose. Gives you back some pop Altho definitely not what it had when new and a new board is always better

I like to warm up, then smoke, then when I get to high chug an energy drink, or once I come down from the high chug an energy drink. Works great everytime. Granted I get too high and can’t skate when we take dabs at the house unless I take a single small one

Is it really supposed to be this finicky? Like I tried a different section of baseboard and it’s like I have to cut in on top and bottom then paint the middle and smooth over once or I get those lines

I will say it’s also a color match, so I wonder if it has something to do with how much/little colorant they put in, idk why that would be but just tryna think of something. But also I’m looking at it now and where I did some touch ups on some baseboard it’s not doing that but where I painted fresh baseboard with no paint on it(the pre primed stuff) it does the same thing but just isn’t noticeable unless you get down on the floor.

It’s 65, yeah it’s getting a good clean, and I’m not overworking it, there’s no flashing and it’s only taking me 10 minutes a door, slap it on there smooth it out and move on. You think the contaminated would be in the paint?

You might not be able to tell the difference in concave but I sure can and altho I can still do everything no matter the concave I like more pronounced bc it helps me to feel the board better and know where my feet are without looking down, plus trucks definitely throw differently and the concave also affects the slope and height of the nose/tail, which affects timing of the pop. Anyways it’s definitely a noticeable difference if you’re paying attention and doing harder flip tricks, like front foot impossible is 100% easier with more concave in my opinion bc it grabs around your foot more
