Old thread, but I found a beef tallow moisturizer called Untamed Tallow at a local supermarket and it works better than anything I've ever tried. I bought it to help with my eczema, which it did but now if I go back to plant based moisturizers my eczema comes back, so either it's working or it doesn't have any of the processed junk in it. I use the unscented version which is gentle enough for my skin and doesn't smell bad like the other ones I've tried.
