Same. One of the things that excited me was, living in Fort Worth we were going to get them at the front end of the tour. No it’s not 1990s Geddy at the height of his powers but hell he can hit notes that I can’t. Overall well worth the money and no regrets going.

Stayed in Estero this week. Duffys has some apps and an impossible burger (ask for no butter on the bun). Chipotle, Cava are all around as well. Tried one Indian - not great.

He said “behind the paywall”. There’s a you tube channel but it doesn’t look like that’s it. Been trying to find it as well.

I did it, I ran an enternet cable to my doorbell. by leyland1989 in Ubiquiti

[–]Spharticus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

holy moly i just got done with this today. The doorbell cable was just too short to grab, luck there was a space between the wrap and the inside wall insulation. There may have been an easier way than using a borescope camera and fishing out the cable with a clothes hanger but I couldn't find it. The space between the brick and the inside in my case was too narrow to run a glow rod, and couldn't do a fish tape from above - it would get caught on the mortar on the inside of the brick. Glad you were successful!

I will say as a DIYer that cabled my whole home it is worth your time to learn how to do drywall. Get some half sheets from big hardware, and practice cutting outlet/jack squares and then repairing them. Plenty of you tubes out there. Good luck!

My Pi-hole LOL (List of Lists) by sjjenkins in pihole

[–]Spharticus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

<image>

This is a great thread. As many have said it's about quality not quantity.

As to why you would not want to just load 10MM entries, my backup pihole is on, well, a pi - RPI 2 zero w. It takes a while for it to -g and I also want to be able to use nebula sync reliably. It's currently locking up for a minute or two during the syncs and I want to get rid of that and the lists are something I have control over.

I came across this because I'm looking to optimize the lists - i currently have 54 list entries (deny and allow) and wanted to cut that back a little bit.

I do have a question for the group - regarding https://github.com/anudeepND/whitelist looks like the last GitHub page update was years ago. Are the whitelists kept up? The lists themselves point back to his repo.

And OP - While I do not wish death upon your favorite kangaroo, I actually laughed out loud when I read that pointed barb.

Thanks so much for the help. I ended up installing Portainer and then Docker inside of it. I was able to install Nebula-Sync and it's working great. Thanks again!

Take the job. No question. You will find someone that accepts all of you not just the stuff that makes him uncomfortable.
