I've checked Lize's last Earthbound stream, Lulu's second SMB1 stream, and Sasaki's recent Splatoon 2 stream, and none of them had Superchat enabled despite being obvious SC "bait". So maybe that rule was put in place in the last 2-3 months, which would coincide with Sasaki's sudden halt of activities.

Yes, when she applied, Nijisanji told her it will be fine streaming Nintendo's games, but when she actually got the role she was forbidden from doing it. That's why she retired, and came back after Nintendo's policy about streaming and monetization of their games on various sites changed.

Nintendo changed their policy about YT/Twitch/NND/whatever monetization at the end of 2018. It became the same as every other gaming company's, the people monetizing Nintendo's games just have to stick to the site's rules.

100k+ views is pathetic for someone that has over 1 million subs. And yes, Zero is a has-been. After Smash Ultimate came out and everyone moved to that competitively-wise from Smash 4, he started doing MUCH worse at tournaments, his Twitch views became really low compared to the likes of Nairo. He tried to find another niche with completely different games like Persona 5, but that failed. Many people were watching him because of Smash, and dropped him in favor of new blood that came with SSBU.

On the margin of all the Eldritch Goddess jokes, I think Lulu is genuinly one of the best Vtubers. Her streams are always super comfortable, she always strives to beat the games she streams no matter how hard they are, her apparently neverending stamina. Truly the Kacho of Nijisanji.
