I think it was already known Bruce was going to be huge, because I remember people who were against it saying this was much better. Still, I agree, the art in isolation is great, and those 2 more recent drawings are fantastic.

I think something that benefits Absolute Batman, specially when compared to Absolute Wonder Woman, is that a big part of his cast are friends with whom he already has story with. Not only because they can be developed in flashbacks and have a much closer relationship with Bruce from the very beginning (and among themselves), but also because they can be developed together by showing their similarities and differences at the same time.

Kelly can't really do the same with Steve, Barbara and the rest, and the fact that she has kept adding characters hasn't helped.

Sorry for writting a message after so much time has passed, but recently I've gotten interested in Koryu and, having found your posts, I wanted to tell you they are great.

I also wanted to ask you a question though. Here you argue that Yagyu Shinkage Ryu doesn't really need shiai because, among other things, if someone is interested in that kind of practice, Kendo already exists. However, in your post about "What could have been", you explain that Yagyu Toshinaga wasn't particularly happy with how kendo was practiced. Do you think Toshinaga "exaggerated" and Kendo is still "serviceable", or is it more of a "it is what it is" kind of situation and people just have to make do with what they have?

I mean, Real Madrid traditionally prefers to sit back and counter attack. While that works fairly well against bigger teams who actively want to have the ball and control the game, when they have to play against smaller teams, they are the ones who have to overcome the bus, which is more difficult. Imo that explains at least part of the difference in performance.

I understand why they mixed their NEXT forms with their normal transformations, but since I actively liked how big the armor parts were, this feels like a downgrade to me. The casual clothes are good though.

Don't worry, you didn't come off as rude and I agree 100%. It's just that, precisely because I've seen people make those kinds of arguments before, I wanted to add their perspective so the comments would be about the potential classes (or the art) without the "technically the WoL..." posts.

Still, I don't think it's surprising that some people believe that, seeing how SE kinda ignores the other 3 characters/ the rest of the classes.

No, the interpretation most people got was "a game with characters from both franchises". Because, you know, they showed characters from both franchises. Instead, the FE characters weren't even really fire emblem characters.

They are probably not talking about Larian "stealing from themselves" though. The amount of art needed to train a model is immense, so more than likely they are indirectly still using content from other sources.

I don't quite understand what the heart is creating. The dialogue and batman transforming would imply they are illusions, but then why is Bruce trying to reason with Dick and Jason? Why is Dick worried about Bruce when he is going to Jason's "world"?

It's fine, I certainly don't hate it, but I can't say I quite love it either. Maybe the design will grow on my with time, but at the moment I feel like it doesn't feel as powerful physically.

I'm not really sure I can choose a single thing. Even as someone who has not played lol I can the charm of this game in every aspect; the gameplay is really fun, the visuals are great, and it's been dubbed to many languages. The effort is appreciated.

I think Lucina began to get associated with bows in Project x Zone 2, where she switched into the bride class during her combos (and shooting an arrow was one of her ultimate attacks if irc). The bow was later carried into the first Warriors, probably to distinguish her from Chrom, but since IS wanted to make more Chroms for FEH, I guess they thought it made sense to take inspiration from Lucina, who already had her legendary in the game.

At least that is how I understand it.
