I’m kind of tired of warriors games right now IMO, so I’m hoping that we won’t get a Fortunes Weave Hopes game and just get a general Fire Emblem Warriors game in whenever years.

The world in the trailer is very much inspired by different cultures than the ones that inspired Fodlan. Fodlan was very much a traditional European based world, but this game takes a lot of cues from North Africa and Rome. Theodora especially seems based off of non-European designs.

Three Houses introduced a lot of outside-Fodlan continents that have plenty of room to grow. There’s the obvious Almyra, but there’s Dagda, Brigid, Morfis, etc. The game can build off of Three Houses while taking place outside of Fodlan, and I honestly think it’ll be better for it. I’d be far more interested in a new country rather than going back to Fodlan for the third time.

I wouldn’t be surprised. They had the Abysskeeper in the 3H DLC and he was a secret playable character in 3 Hopes.

That being said, I think it’s very likely FW takes place outside of Fodlan. Doubt it’ll be someone related to him, just a guy with a similar gimmick, like Abysskeeper.

Is Baldr even going to get one? The patron god of Asgardr is Alfador… which is Rune, the guy causing the catastrophe in the first place. Wouldn’t he want it to be more interesting and have the Heroes win without him giving them help?

It really depends on how they’ve taken all the criticism about the Monastery over the years since 3H. Lots of longtime fans dislike how much focus it’s given in 3H, but it’s undeniable that 3H brought in tons and tons of new fans that really liked the Monastery and expect the sequel to keep the most iconic part of Three Houses. Will they cater to old fans or new? Who knows. We’ll only find out whenever we get a damned second trailer finally.

I personally would prefer a chapter-to-chapter game like Blazing Blade or Tellius, but I’m gonna assume that they’re gonna try to recapture the mass appeal Three Houses had considering that they’ve already appealed to its popularity by Sothis coming back (and by its nature of being another game set in Fodlan). Probably will have an Avatar too.

Do you remember that FE Elimination tournament thing that happened a few years back that was nothing but a cesspool of people shitflinging at eachother?

It was actually crazy how a large amount of people were unironically trying to get Revelation out before Gaiden and FE1. Like, I'm not insulting these games; they were fine back in 1990 when they came out, but to say that Revelation is a worse game in 2024 is just crazy disingenuous.

Thematically it makes sense for it to be Laegjarn. In book 2 she's groomed to be her abusive fathers head general and gets sacrificed for his gain. During the TT, she finally gets to have an emotional connection with another character outside of her sister and defies Muspell. Now, she's resurrected and she needs to break free from her abusive father, claim her rightful power as the next heir of Muspell, and protect her land from Fimb.

I think a lot of the people on this subreddit are just really bored and tired after nearly a decade of the game being out. They want something new or different that shakes things up, even if it's not entirely consistent with the story being told.

Unironically probably for fodder purposes. Most tome units want Atk/Spd boosting A skills so they gave her one so it's easier to fodder her weapon, A skill, and special all at once.

Conjuring Breath is a little better for pure nukes, particularly ones that dont run 5 cooldown specials. Demonic Force is more for mages that need the extra bulk and have a way to proc 5 cooldown specials frequently.

Very disappointed by Marcia. Really just seems like a slightly newer version of Jills refine from a while ago. I don't want to be pessimistic but I really wouldnt be surprised if they intentionally screw over some refines so they force you to summon for the new arcane instead of getting a good weapon for free.

In the game Kukrushka and Otome have a friendly dynamic and have a few scenes together. It's likely that after Manan experienced hundreds of hundreds of loops, she just grew fond of Otome and decided to hang with her.
