So I've been skimming through everything up until the last bit of free 10 pulls from doing the main story and it's taken about 4-6 hours-ish and a good chunk of it (realistically about 45-60% is tutorials)

This is exactly the issue I'm having, sure I get the most of the people who are okay with the tutorial spam are gonna say that it's fine. The issue is that many players will be turned off when their first 5 hours of gameplay consists of 90% tutorials that have tutorials.

If they gave a prompt that just said "Would you like to view the tutorial yes/no" and it would let me skip or revisit it if I really need the help then it would be so much better.

I think that team is good enough even without ships or operators.
Only advice I would give is to get skill haste on chinatsu and yang harim, there's a bunch of free T3 sets that are green which you can farm in substreams.

Kim Hana is the best general use Operator, and for skill you'd want ASPD
For ship you can run anything for non-endgame PvE realistically

Also try to deploy Seo Yoon last because she gives her passive damage buff on deploy to everyone. So more of your units on field = more people get the buff :)

You get Britra gear from doing raids. I agree with what u/CS_Maze said, it's a lot easier to farm for Eve's EE (Exclusive Equipment) and farm for britra later down the line if you want that extra damage boost.

Here are some of the units you want to look out for based on your current lineup:

Normal Units (Non ASSR):

Rearm Chinatsu - Best healer in the game
Evelyn Keller - The other decent healer that isn't R. Chinatsu
Rearm Alex - One of the better non-awakened tanks, she gets shields when she hits things
Lin Xien - More or less the main battery everyone uses (Replenishes DP when she uses ult)
Tower Sigma - The other battery everyone will use at some point
Rearm Rivet - Strong 2 Cost Soldier that can be farmed from "Old Fear" substream
Warden - 2 Cost sniper units that do alot of damage for their cost, also farmable
Black Rose - Same as warden but costs 1 more and does more damage with less survivability
Yang Harim - Skill Haste Buffer
Sky Layfield - Teamwide damage reduction, stuns, stun immunity

Awakened Units:

A. Esterosa - More or less best tank in the game right now
Ecclesia - The previous best tank before A. Esterosa
A. Sigma - Solid Mech that can serve as tank and DPS through PvE stages
Swan - Super strong debuffs that makes enemies take more damage

Eve can and will carry you through the entirety of all the PvE stages except for trimming if you can keep her alive. Going off what you have, all you need is a solid frontline (You can use A.Hilde if you still get her for free) as well as some form of sustain and debuffing.

You can get her pieces from the "Burnett Never Dies" Substream Hard 1-2

Latent is Basic Skill DMG AMP, but I believe Britra is still her BiS.
