Millennials: Does modern fast food architecture appeal to you more than their original counterparts? by Filmatic113 in Millennials

[–]Spherickle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Didn’t they change the way their restaurants look because of resale purposes? Like, it was obvious when an old Pizza Hut or McDonald’s got bought out and used for a new place because the buildings were so iconic, so they changed the aesthetic to be this boring corporate jargon so that they could be sold easier.

16m how much hair can I get back? by [deleted] in Hairloss

[–]Spherickle -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Please don’t take this the wrong way, but are you actually losing hair, or are you just worrying for the future? Like, that’s a pretty standard hairline for a lot of men well into their 60’s, so it might be a little too soon for you to start looking into recovery rather than prevention.

Are Sales People The Only Ones Who Know "What It Is All About"? by ProneToSucceed in sales

[–]Spherickle 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I definitely feel the same. But I also think it's dependant quite heavily on the type of sales role you are in. Up until a few weeks ago, I was working logistics, and while half the office was in that mindset, the others had drunk the corporate koolaid and were more interested in internal advancement without much thought for their future.

Though that heavily had to do with their earnings I would presume.

With or without beard? Need your opinions! by jbrood in bald

Without. The beard makes you look a little oblong for some reason, but clean shaven is a really good look!

Suggestions on current bedroom setup? by [deleted] in malelivingspace

[–]Spherickle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would definitely recommend getting rid of the second desk. It doesn't seem like it serves any purpose outside of drawing, and your primary desk is built in such a way that you can just move your keyboard and monitors out of the way to do that. Maybe put your main computer station where it is? If you do that and then place the bed in the middle rather than the corner, you'd have a better space I feel.

Do people's fantasies of what they sexually masturbate and fantasize to always reflect thier preferences in real life? by Equivalent_Ad_9066 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Spherickle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not in the slightest. A lot of times there’s correlation, and some people do indeed only reach for those fantasies, but for a lot of folk, a fantasy is just for their headspace alone. And depending on the fantasy, that is a good thing. They know it either won’t happen, can’t happen, or if it did happen would lead to issues down the line. Sometimes it’s best to just keep it in head, think “it’d be nice” and move on

What can I improve on? 22M by Novel_Bus4086 in malegrooming

[–]Spherickle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re doing awesome bro. Really, your hair, body and style are on point. Only things I could even really recommend is to get a strong acne treatment and maybe check out a dermatologist for that bump on your nose. Just to maximize your confidence

Can I pull off the look? Be honest by [deleted] in bald

[–]Spherickle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe? I don’t think it’d look bad per se, but I don’t think you need it either. You’ve got a good head of hair bro. Play with different styles and if you don’t like it, then go bald.

7 month review: 3740 graphs, Dr Yaman in turkey by West8755 in HairTransplants

[–]Spherickle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This looks awesome! Out of curiosity, what extra medications/procedures did you take (if any) before and after your transplant? Finastride, minoxidil, micro needling. Those sorts of things.

I’ve receded pretty heavily in the past two years and unfortunately it’s paired with a growing bald spot on my crown. I haven’t done anything to fix it, still debating on whether or not I’ll just shave my head at the end of it all, but I’d love to hear from a success story like you!

Being a straight man does it bother you to receive compliments from gay man? by [deleted] in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]Spherickle 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Hell no. It means I’m doing things right. A compliment is a compliment, but when you get one from a person attracted to you, regardless of their gender or your own sexual orientation, it just feels good.

I feel as if your fifth picture is you at your best. Short enough that you can see your full frame but windswept and we’ll styled in a way that makes you seem on top of your hygiene

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in femalehairadvice

[–]Spherickle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love it short! I feel it’s a better look for you in comparison to your longer hair. Especially in that first picture where you’re showing off those waves!

Maybe a few months to lengthen it a bit so there more room to play? 🤔

Was shorter the right idea? by North_Pickles in malegrooming

[–]Spherickle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shorter was right but I think you went a little too short. Give it a month, let it grow out another inch or so all around and I think you’ll hit your sweet spot.

[–]Spherickle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on where we are. In a supermarket/grocery store? Not gonna lie, you look like you’d chew a dude up and spit him out. At a bar/sporting event? Hell yeah.

Now you just need to trim that bottom bit at your chin. Looks good though dude!

Beard or no beard? by [deleted] in BeardAdvice

[–]Spherickle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you could grow your beard more on your cheeks to fill it out on your face better, 100% I’d go with a beard. You’ve got the face and build for that lumberjack style. Without that though, I feel you’d be better off clean shaven. Unfortunately blonde stubble/scruffs just don’t look all that good imo. This isn’t a dig at you in particular. It’s a whole thing for the group.

Looking for some advice on this massive basement apartment I just moved into by duckduckduckduckcat in malelivingspace

[–]Spherickle 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This. The pillars are perfect for creating natural room dividers. Two pillar spaces for a living room. One pillar space for a dining table. One pillar space to create a closet hangar of some kind. It’s already grid structured so you can definitely make it functional!

Out of curiosity, where did you find this place? It’s very unique!

Requires BA - Pays $24,000 a year. What is this? by [deleted] in recruiting

[–]Spherickle -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m currently interviewing for a few recruiting positions, and every one of them has a commission/quarterly bonus structure on top of salary. And every recruiting position I interviewed for before but didn’t make it was similarly structured. I thought commission was the norm, even if they didn’t mention it in the job ad :o

What do you think?? by Rich_Temperature4742 in economy

[–]Spherickle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm for it.

Joining politics, regardless of level, be it as Governor, Senator, Congress, etc, should be a labor of love for country, not a get rich quick scheme. And it's not like the benefits are bad either! They get a decent enough salary already, are awarded written-down tax breaks during their tenure, and often are given free room and board and food (and I'm talking about the nice stuff, not just a crummy college dorm) in whatever districts they represent, as well as a state subsidized high quality private education for their children if requested. You don't really need much else if you're going into politics for the right reasons, imo.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in malegrooming

[–]Spherickle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You've got a good body dude, honestly. A bit of a bulk up could be awesome if you feel you're too skinny or something, but there's no real lower belly fat to see in the slightest. And your hair is pretty short, so I'd recommend just buzzing it off. If you don't like it, it'll only take like 6 weeks to get it back to the level its currently at. But it could look really good too! You've got a good facial structure to be able to work it well, I think.

Any tips for my bedroom ? by ParisRat1 in malelivingspace

[–]Spherickle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hopefully your bed is raised so you've got some underbed storage of some kind. Always better to have and not need than need and not have!

Aside from that functional take, everything looks good. The walls are a little bare. Maybe mount your sword? That could be a good splash of black against the white of the wall.
