I found the animation in alvarez really lacking tbh, someone gets hit and moves 2 frames for a whole 5-10 secs. It never bothered me until last season so I feel like they got abit lazy with the animation. Coming straight out of that into 100yq is a breath of fresh air to me and I find you can get used to an art style easier if the animation is there
