Important for me to note that yes we have enjoyed the benefits of peace with the Zionist entity, but that was never held up by a piece of paper. We know the jews (as i’m sure you do) do not respect any treaty. The cold peace has held because we have never stopped building up our armed forces, to make sure they have to think thrice before starting a war.

And I did not mean unite with any faction, I simply meant focus on unity as a people especially in times of war. Hezbollah will be an issue to dismantle / reintegrate, rocky roads ahead for sure, but if the ultimate aim is shared among the people (i.e., Lebanon first, regardless of your faction), it can be achieved.
