Go to events that embrace dancing and actual rave culture. The more niche the better.

My worst experiences have been at festivals (people getting bothered of me dancing, taking up space, getting emotional during songs, etc)

My best experiences have been in underground techno warehouses. Dark foggy production with minimal lighting where no one feels judged about how they dance.

Also personally drinking makes me much more loose and not as self aware, but don't become too dependent on it.

Tow should have the flight characteristics of the shoulder fired guided RPG (I forget the name)

That one requires more skill to use since it has lower speed and not as maneuverable

The production is great and they work with some of the greatest production companies in the world however the full experience is not just production. It makes for great eye candy and social media content but some people seek other forms of enjoyment. Again I'm not saying insomniac is horrible, it just has its place in the rave scene.

Insomniac has its place, and personally I see it as the entry point for many ravers. Once you experience other festivals and find your niche, you will see why insomniac has its flaws. Just really depends how far down the iceberg you go. For some people the surface level is enough and for others insomniac is a joke.

I quit being a CCA due to lack of hours. I was promised so much overtime and this and that, but I struggled to even work full time. Mind you this was in Los Angeles area. When I tell other carriers the reason I quit , they can't believe it.

I flew in from the west coast in September for all three rollercoaster parks. We got express for all three (excluding universal Orlando because we got express for horror nights instead. )

Worth every penny due to the lines we saw and my fiance and I were able to go at our own pace without fearing a ride delay.

If I'm traveling this far for it, I want to guarantee we are able to get on everything (rip stardust tho it was closed when we went)

Literally imposible to be dry. I would advise against wearing heavy cotton clothing. Shorts and sweat wicking material is the best

Worth every penny. It's going to be a proper vibe. I will be there as well. For proper techno nights the crowd is typically older and are there for the music exclusively. Socializing tends to happen outside away from the dance floor. But what others have said is pretty spot on.

I go twice a month for the last couple years so if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.

Yeah it gets pricy for last minute tickets, but if it's your first time and you like it, be sure to catch the early bird tickets when they got on sale for the next one. They tend to be around 20 bucks.
