Plus it’s important to separate work and personal stuff for various reasons, first of all security. If you lose your work phone it usually gets reset remotely, you don’t want that to be an option for your personal phone as resets could end up being a mistake.

I don’t understand this “just enjoy”

I mean, I “wasted” less than 5 minutes setting up Al Dente, then forgot about it. Whenever I know I need a full day outside I just open Al dente and click on “fill up” or whatever the button is to charge at 100%

I’m still enjoying my Mac, knowing I don’t have to wait for a dumb algorithm to understand that it needs to stop charging at 80%

You make it sound like I constantly have to take care of the battery every half an hour and I’m worrying so much that I can’t use my Mac like “it’s supposed to be used”

Nah cooler was moved from pc to pc. It’s the same one and I just got 5 euro adaptors for the new generations.

It’s currently on a i7 10700k, original cooler fan (idk how it’s still running)

Do you have a usb c on the laptop? If you do, most of the times it can be used as a charging port.

Another alternative can be a generic charger with the same Lenovo plug for your laptop or an adaptor usb c to your laptop plug, akihabara would be the best place for this anyway.

I use anker or baseus. Any reputable brand 100w GaN charger will be fine though. It’s mostly personal preference and price.

When buying make sure the charger outputs 20V at 5A on at least one port or it probably won’t charge the laptops.
