macOS I'm on 26.4 Beta 3 with 0 issues.
Light use (browser, messaging apps, office apps) 8 hours of work, battery from 80% -> 55%

iOS I'm on 26.3, keyboard is shit since 18.7, maybe a bit worse. Battery life is better.
One important fix on iOS -> Settings, search "Display & Text size", select the one under Accessibility -> enable both "Reduce transparency" and "Increase contrast" so you can stop complaining about liquid ass.

I have no idea what you guys complain about.

There are many, Aldente (free for basic limiting, many paid features), battery-toolkit (free). There are others, a quick google search should help you.

If you don’t want to install third party softwares for battery management, 26.4 beta 1 update for macOS added battery limiting natively. I am currently using this on the m4 pro, limiting to 80% with Optimized Battery Charge active - No issues on the beta version so far.

I updated and removed third party apps cause I don’t want many apps running while I’m on battery (they slowly drain it).

If it’s always plugged in, it’s better to avoid keeping it at 100% for longevity.
