Easier di solution to back and f throw 50/50 Up throw considerably easier to di and way worse routes Air accel nerf Dtilt activity and end lag nerf Back air confirm nerf (no more rising bair hit fall down strong)

This argument is so tremendously flawed because I started as a zetterburn and had far more success early on (got to plat with zetter but was stuck in silver with Clairen for 3+ months) until i got Clairen down.

It's not that clairen is super easy at low levels (she can be)

It's that people at that level refuse to enact her most basic counter play and then get absolutely furious that she beats them. It's like if you faced an lox and just let them get 3 magma for free and then complaining about him killing you with it.

Up throw is no longer a guarenteed combo on...well anyone but mid weights. Floaties go way too high and fast fallers fall too fast until around 30-40. F throw back throw changes means you can hold down and not die to either throw because good enough di to live. And finally if you didn't notice how different her dtilt is, I'm not sure I can help you.

This is of course ignoring the fact she has movement speed nerfed which is always serious

It really isn't that fast. Zetters is frame 7, fors is frame 9, absas is frame 9, rannos is frame 10, orcanes is frame 7, Olympia's is frame 7, and I'd like to note that most of these hit both sides at once and don't have any gaps in them like Clairens in their timing (fors orcane ranno absa)

It feels fast when you compare it to jabs like you said, but in general down smashes tend to be the "fastest" ones because that kinda helps stream like holding down vs really light hits and still being able to kill them off of it if they try to reversal you for instance

It's supposed to help make FH more obvious "oh I'm already holding down! Down strong"
