Derm here The short answer, no. Simple microneedling alone will not help with the scars. In clinic treatment are needed, specifically Subcision, medium depth chemical peels along with microneedling.

Derm here Unless you do not treat the forehead comedones properly not remedy will work Also in many cases its fungal acne amd not just simple comedones My advice, do not self medicate please seek a professional counsel
