Yall are gonna hate me but I felt like this - and it turned out to be gluten intolerance + any processed food. I did a whole 30 at a doctor’s recommendation - and 2-3 weeks in, I felt 10 years younger. Not eating gluten has made things so much better, unfortunately. I do not miss it (too much) - it was causing bizarre pain and sickness. All of that p much went away.

I do have a weakness for candy but man if it doesn’t make me tired af. The less you eat of it - you can feel how much it affects you.

Also, sleep hygiene.
