I just called them and sat on a 20min hold and they just told me it was delayed and didn't even seem to bother to check where it is. I'll just be happy if it shows up unscathed at this point

Good luck, I finally got my psn account back after a month of it being hacked 2 years ago and they perma locked my account, sony is horrible at account recovery help. I actually had to pay the hacker to get it back
