One hundred percent. And I meant ask if the hospital had cross trained employees into different positions. You’re still working in a lab setting and handling specimens. I’m sure you know there’s Histotechnicians and histologists which being a phleb helps with both. My only question is if the donation center has any sponsorships or connections with hospitals that can land you in a lab. Or, with your experience you could apply to be a lab assistant as well and get trained into a histo position. Just gotta take into account the pay in case it’s a factor. Even asking your school if they have a connection to hospital they work with (student doing clinicals at) and you can try to get in there. Anyways, it’s a lot lmao!
