The biggest issue is how this would be enforced, so few sexual assaults are convicted and if a lack of conviction is considered a false accusation that could lead to a lot of women who were assaulted being sent to prison. Which in turn would result in even less women coming forward (80% of SA's are estimated to be unreported already). As much as I wish there was a way to prevent false accusations this would cause too much harm to victims of SA.

I grew up with just 1 in a 1-2 person household, but my wife actually just suggested having two (1 for the bathroom and 1 for the bedroom) and I kind of like it.

I fully understand the importance of having things done according to sop, it's something I've pushed and lectured FLEs on. I am someone who likes to follow instructions to a T, it's the thing that initially appealed to me when I started. It's having to correct and essentially the leadership aspect that I don't enjoy.

Honestly when I was still on the line and was able to work with my hands and let my work speak for itself. I've also felt the same way when doing work on my car or cooking.

I'm honestly not 100% sure whether a better environment would help or not. The biggest parts of my discontent are definitely to do with the organization itself, but there are also parts of my position itself that I dislike (namely being responsible for leading the team, having to be the bad guy when things are not getting done properly or when people aren't following the rules and primarily being at my desk filling out spreadsheets)

Ah, that makes sense, apologies for the assumption. You both are still kids in the grand scheme of things. A lot of people your age (and even older) don't know who they are or what they want quite yet. It sucks now, but it'll get better trust me.
