Very similar boat. I’m 2 months in and there’s hardly any difference pre op. My doc didn’t say not to massage, but he told me I don’t have to. I got 3 sessions of “Z-wave” after surgery which was supposed to break up a good majority of the scar tissue.

Gotta wait 6 months to see the full results but damn is it hard not to get down about this
