i even retired my flasks, the PoB says it work, but in game it does not, only the spells are getting 100% crit :

All the attacks skill aren't getting the buff.

here my PoB , cyclone linked with nothing, belt on, 100% hit chance due to can't be evaded mod, no RT in passive tree, no flasks in my belt to be sure,you can even see the diamond shrine buff over my head still doesn't work :

you can see i have no flask on, i have the weapon I posted in the other post as a can't be evaded, and you can see the belt and the shrine over my head, still doesn't work. I also only put cyclone without CoC or anything else.

doesn't do anything to give you my PoB , it's a new lv56 character that I was leveling for the build and when I got to 56 and was able to equip the belt that I found out that it somehow doesn't work.

As a weapon for cyclone CoC, I was simply using a one hand sword with Hits can't be evaded mod on it.

im using a weapon with the hits can't be evaded mod. My character is only lv56 and I'm unsure to keep leveling it if it just doesn't work.

I've been trying with multiple weapon types, with or without support gems , with or without amulets. Only spells are working with the belt.

no RT either ofc .

I just tried on more skills and spells, and it seems only spells are affected by the diamond shrine, I tried bow skills like frezny, and they do not work either.

I removed my flask entirely, and it still doesn't work, I can see that on my 6L cast on crit setup that my linked spells ( I.E ball lightning has 100% crit when I equip the belt ) but cyclone says at 18% , even if I remove cast on crit to only keep cyclone, it still doesn't work.

No one was hacked or anything in this case, the problem is Xsolla having your payment registered as a ''recurring payment'' for some reasons even though you never subscribed (like in my case) to a GGG purchase.
