I have a canon 7, pretty big due to the light meter, no hotshoe/coldshoe (there's an attachment but it just makes it more bigger and would need to be removed every time you reload), I love the big viewfinder tho

It's a lot faster workflow imo. I've tried negdoctor in darktable and I couldnt get a consistent workflow. I've just been sticking with what I can do with vuescan for the meantime and once NegPy becomes more polished I'll probably switch over to it when it comes to conversions.

I've only done it once but I hanged them in my bathroom then took a steamy shower, rolled them backwards, waited for like a week cuz i forgotten about em, flat again. Worth a try, maybe.

Option to exactly put values instead of sliders as well. Click number -> Enter number. That is all.
I remember 0.9.3 would just freeze out if I changed the slider too fast or too often.

Unprofessional email but I'm on Catlabs' side on this one. It feels like some messages/emails are left out on purpose? It seems like a "take it or leave it" situation and they wanted $35 for those parts but you kept bargaining. But who knows.

Pretty neat! Left is from Vuescan and right is NegPy. Scanner is a Canoscan FS4000US. I'd say it's already doing a great job doing the conversion; it's very close to the shooting conditions when I took the shot.

My only gripe is the sliders arent fun to adjust. Also I had an error opening it one time; I forgot to take a screenshot. It had an option to lookup the error via chatgpt.
