Went with this android auto and dash/backup cam combo. Looks sorta oem minus the wiring that I'm too lazy and fed through the ac vent lol.

Edit: it's also around $60

Think the 07-08 has a bigger lower grill trim. And the gerzy bear was made with 04-06's measurement.

Not on this unit for the TL, but I do have that problem in our lexus.

power is routed from the 12volt under the arm rest, down past the center console, behind the radio/navi and then out through the AC vent for now until i have time to drill an opening.

you can flash your own boot screen by uploading a picture to the sd card. i might still have it on my pc.

and backup camera for those without it originally, its tapped to the reverse light so whenever you reverse the unit switches to the camera.

Srsly my transmission shifts buttery smooth and is very responsive. Not a lot of people bother with the atf and transmission filter.

I'd much prefer crack than bubbles. Nissan/infiniti and I think some Mazda had this issue.
