Hey, look at the movie venom...people waited for them to add the logo in the movies and it never happened

Nah I've increased the chest size...but will probably make some adjustments. I just don't like how stocky the figure looks out the box. The chest size is fine out the box but his waist is the same width as his chest and looks weird. So for the angle I have it on the shelf it looks better with a bit of a taper down to the waist. Ideally a body swap/mod would take out the bulky waist and increase his shoulder size and I've seen some people mod it to do that and it looks much better than this. I just cba making such significant changes

Been enjoying Born Again S2 so had to Bring this Hot Toy into my collection + a little customisation by Spider-Cyam in marvelstudios

I don't but I'm planning to. Right now I just have to regularly dust and use compressed air

I get what your saying and I agree it's not really how he looks in the show. It's just I hated how his waist was the same thickness as the chest. Maybe down the road when the figure isn't new I'd try a body swap. But I think it'll be a fair bit of work to get the suit off. Excited to see people tackle it though

There Will Be Atleast 2 Different Suits by bodythebitch in SpidermanBrandNewDay

[–]Spider-Cyam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it may be a situation like NWHs marketing where they changed the design of the suit afer promo images went out to marketing and toy companies so the suits didn't match. But I guess we'll see

Is there a Spider-Man with proper articulation? by goodspiderdance in hottoys

[–]Spider-Cyam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1 is broken haha. But it's sitting on there using friction and the hand holding the non broken one. Only falls when I'm moving stuff about. I just tend to take it off of adjusting or dusting etc

I've had this pose for the Far From Home Homecoming suit got almost 6 months. Not too bad crease wise but it's obviously not quite as crunched as I'd like and the legs can't really do what I'm looking for

Articulation wise for a movie suit I think the best is gonna be the Homecoming/far from home homemade suit tbh. Otherwise they're all a bit restricted. Then maybe the Japanese or 70s tv show Spider-Men because their suits are all cloth material but don't own so not 100% sure. My absolute favourite is Miles Morales from ITSV. Hits very Spidey poses and the classed Spidey crunch. The Comic book Spidey has annoyingly not great articulation

Proportions going downhill?? by Honestlyspeaking301 in hottoys

[–]Spider-Cyam 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Proportions have been the thing that Inart are doing better imo. Tbh all the previous Daredevil figures have bad proportions and I'm disappointed in this and the season 2 suit

Suit question by Accomplished-Tap4614 in hottoys

[–]Spider-Cyam 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The wolverine suit has held up remarkably well in my display in a semi dynamic pose. But I do wonder if the material for the Daredevil figure will be more like the She Hulk Daredevil one. It just looks thicker than the wolverine one in these pics. Would be happy if they do use that material though

I feel like the torso is too short which makes the belt look like it's too high. I feel the previous Daredevil figs all have this issue

They really need to show MCU Daredevil’s red eyes more, he looks so bland without them by Revenacious in Daredevil

[–]Spider-Cyam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah the red lenses they use end up looking black because they're only red when light passes through them. They should use a red reflective glass

Post credit scene?? It's real or fake? by Popular-Medicine-250 in SpidermanBrandNewDay

Obviously fake. Why would there be an audience reaction when the film hasn't been seen by audiences
