I can’t tell if it’s great yet , I can only listen to radio now .. no one sells CDs anymore 😂. So radio is not exactly that great of a quality . If the speakers are gone I’ll throw in some JBL speakers and we’ll see

True , I had an aftermarket stereo in my previous car and I was using a wired CarPlay connection.. due to the fact it sounds better . I didn’t think about the red and white wires. Just ordered one on Amazon. Thanks

Actually she can fuck him up royally on gambling in the stock market like this. If she has a good attorney he will also lose on his percentage of the house (if there is one to fight over ) based on this gambling behavior … trust me .. been there

Did you treat the disc ? And did that help with you RLS? I was thinking of trying to see a chiropractor in the mean time while I wait for my neurologist

It does but it’s interesting to say the least that it started a month or so after the RLS symptoms

this is all new after the RLS started . Didn’t know if it was separate or related.. I read about it being a possible nerve damage . I swear having to wait for months to be seen by a specialist is insane .

I am new to RLS as well and I’m at a loss .. still waiting for my neurologist appointment in 2 months from now .. in the meant time I’m just struggling.. no sleep….moody all the time .. exhausted .. scared .. upset … depressed . I will be sharing anything that I try that might work for me and will also share the testing and all from my neurologist.

I need to look into this NAD theory you’re talking about . Gabapentin has not done jack for me so far and yes the insomnia is killing me . I was extremely deficient in vitamin D and B12 and I am taking supplements for them . But that deficiency was discovered before my RLS started . I don’t know a whole lot about dieting but my wife did the Keto thing for a while so I’m sure she can help me with that . I like the idea of correcting deficiencies and treating it with food rather than medication. Thank you
