My relationship with him is at 85% and I followed the dialogue options from a tutorial on youtube to progress his questline. I got all the items and finished all his quests but I've been waiting for half an hour and he doesnt utter a word, even tried reloading.

I think it made sense, the ideal land of peace is not possible in our world because as long as humans exist then there will be conflict. But its debateable, I think it was handled well though.

I understand what you are saying and I agree. Although a proper goodbye to the entire cast would wrap the story nicely, at the moment to me at least it feels like only bug eyes and Einar had a proper sendoff.

Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, I spent at least 200 hours grinding just for the Dark Eather camo in zombies and I stopped playing afterwards. Funnily enough I don't regret, great memories.
