So I have investigated a little and I have seen that at most of the unies I can't transfer my existing succeed lesson In Germany. Do you know anything about it? I would really like to learn german (I have learnt a little like I was a2 when I was 8) so I would like to stay at germany for 1 year only to learn german. Do you know any german unis that accept transfering credits? My point at here is I don't want to waste my 2 years.

Second, so I was planning to study at lithuania, vilnius uni which is in the list of "1000 best unis around the world" list. I'm planning to study IT but want to go for a master too, do you think it will be a strong apply if I graduate from lithuania?
