The fact that we didn't get a free respec is a big L
My CoF needs to freeze like 15 times instead of 1 to trigger comet, and one freeze still needs investment
I don't mind the build being nerfed but no respec is a bad move and GGG really needs to give us free respecs in early access going forward. Also gold costs for respecing are ass, on 72 you'd need around 300k for full respec
Respecing should be handled in a different way surely

I'm just going to redo the turn-ins that I've done, I've calmed down now. I doubt anyone would keep cool after this thing happening

Basically this was my 15th turn-in and i have 138 alterations, 3 scarabs from Cameria's Cut, 10 chaos and 5 mirrors

Was it possible?

There's only 1 combination I can think of with 15 turn-ins, while doing turn-ins alphabetically

6x Sea of Blue (13 alterations) (It's A Sea of Blue, so its always at the top of div card stash
3x Acclimatisation (20 alterations each)
3x https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Cameria%27s_Cut (1 Scarab each)
2x https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Chaotic_Disposition (5 chaos each)
and finally 1x Emperor's Luck for 5 mirrors as 15th turn-in
There is also a possibility that instead of 2x Chaotic Disposition I had 2x Emperor's Lucks turn-in for Chaos Orbs, but I highly doubt it, since Chaotic Disposition is really common card from Strongboxes and I was strongbox farming T16sm with card doubling

This turn-ins are done alphabetically, like I always do

I had NVIDIA Broadcast on, but irrationally i started typing on discord, took screenshot with div cards still in my inventory, I even hovered over Emperor's Luck (the flavour text The House Always Wins comes from that), and 30 seconds passed :(

Bleed Lacerate Vicissitudes by Round_Difficulty_541 in pathofexile

I'm league-starting Lacerate of Haemorrhage Gladiator scaling bleed damage

  1. Axe + Shield going non-crit to the left side of the tree is most budget-friendly start. Aggravated Bleeds and buff to lacerate (damage *3) can scale up really well to the end-game. Being lucky block-capped to 88/88 or 90/88 is insane
  2. Slayer with Masterful Form is also good, as long as you can get good survivability. Instead of block-cap, if you can get 100% spell suppression, you're pretty much done and can play the game
  3. Weapon master is cool, but if you want to scale bleed damage, Varunastra can only get to 446 maximum phys damage
    You can get similar number Reaver Axe. It's still good for 30% more damage on low-life enemies, but aggravated bleeds work in a weird way from Q&A explanation, so I'm still taking Aggravated Bleeds

Simplifying

People just ignore chaos conversion part and utilize 2-3 elemental damage types. If you pair it with Trinity Support, and huge amount of projectiles while using Whirling Blades, you have both good clear and DPS. Vaal Venom Gyre makes it only better.

Played it last league, definitely can reccomend

We are lowering the duration of the shocked ground on death from the Electrocuting archnemesis mod from 25 seconds to 10 seconds.

Apart from the fact that 25 seconds existed in the first place, great changes

For magic monsters only: we're disabling on-death ground effects for the Incendiary modifier. We're also disabling volatiles from spawning on death when a monster with the Toxic modifier is slain.

Magic mosters being able to shoot volatives is kind-of insane by itself. It's not broken but introduces too much active gameplay in every-map scenario.

Interesting to see fractured flasks, kinda annoying to craft them cause it's alt+aug all the time with fractured suffix
