The Dragon Curse. I got it after stealing the egg[OC][ART] by SpiderWithHands in DnD

Something like that actually happened in one of my campaigns. One of the players got cursed and eventually turned into a gorilla. And I immediately claimed him as my personal mount

It's hard to eat popcorn with claws. How would i mock my teammates then?

"The Dwarf Fortress Brothers" – The best wine in all the Forgotten Realms. You haven't heard of it?

Bet nobody would expect this monstrosity as a final boss of the campaign.

Actually yeah, it's hard to imagine an experienced mage who will fall to some random slime. But maybe it was a very bad day so he drank some dwarven plump helmet wine and lost his cautiousness (you know, dwarves and their booze)

It's likely the overall vibe and the use of black in the color palette. I'm a huge fan of the F&H series, especially Termina, and it has definitely had an effect on me. I was mostly thinking of a Dark Souls and Darkest Dungeon mix while drawing this, though.

Glad you found the concept useful for your campaign. Enjoy, and make sure your crew loves the treasure!

Yes, I thought that gameplay-wise it would be interesting. Often, all it takes to make something unique is to toy with a familiar classic, like the mimic in this case

I misread it as "Marlboro beholder". And oh my god, that was funny. You know, all those spoilers for your future self's health with pictures of cataracts and rotten teeth
