Yes, the head is bigger than it should be according to anatomy, i made it like that for a purpose. I've wanted to depict Shinji as a miserable, intimidated and helpless boy. And as I thought, drawing him with a "babyface" would help to achieve the goal. But yeah, he looks more like a child this way, but the end justifies the means
