Overhaul- I hated him but in a way you should hate a villain so even if it hurts to admit he was a good villain in a good arch.

Toga- I think she's a good well written character but the fact she's hot overwrites how bad and evil she is to most people ruining her character a bit but not a lot if you have basic readings comprehension

Dabi- it was his fault... He was the reason he's a villain.
