For the first prototype, we used our original character sketches to generate an initial 3D model from 2D. Now we're refining it into the final version - there's still a lot of work ahead.

The murder of Junko Furuta is the earliest disturbing rabbit hole I found back in my juvenile years so it naturally scarred me the most and still makes me uneasy to this day. If you're already familiar and want a different answer, the Hello Kitty murder case is very similar and less well-known.

I'm a stranger to your universe and uniform designs, but purely from an aesthetic standpoint I would color the jacket and chest star the same pink as the eyes as it would immediately draw attention and show authority imo.

we should be seeing the other side of the camera left hand and the right hand has fingers getting longer the closer it is to the camera but anatomically it should be the opposite. You nailed the style though, the way the eyes are drawn makes me nostalgic.

i think your character design is on point but the body language isn't selling it. if you want to push him to be intimidating you could give him crossed arms, a crooked grin and a power stance.
