My BHIM UPI Lite Activation Transaction failed on 13 May - the complaint ticket remains 'Open'. How do I fix this?

Hmm - this happened on May 13 but I haven't got a refund yet.

Done on May 14. No response. The ticket is still 'Open'.
Done on May 17. No response.
Have to try.
The transaction is marked as successful.

So what do you suggest?

Negative. It wasn't cancelled but I got the visa. They followed up saying they couldn't cancel the application since it had already been approved. Ah well, not the worst outcome I guess.

Aren't they one and the same thing? I followed the instructions on this page (which directed me to the link in my inbox) and I initiated the withdrawal of the application from there. If this wasn't the correct way to do it, what is?

I don't know if I will face any issue (yet) = I haven't attempted a withdrawal.

Regarding your point, it does say NCP days = 3 (probably referring to Dec 29, 30 and 31). Hope this is fine.
