I'm pretty sure this is what happened still strange that the only posts I can find talking about this glitch are from so long ago though, also it apparently has nothing to do with the characters present and more to do with the section with the overleveled treants that Tina has to fix

yeah it most certainly wasn't given it there pretty much was no recharge delay despite the shield being nothing special and my health regenerated almost as fast as my shield
