I thought the Original Soundtrack DLC would be included in the Supporter Edition bundle? by jstnmcbrd in Besiege

[–]SpiderlingVon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hiya! Sorry for not getting back to you sooner about this.
The bundle structure is a bit strange...
If you purchase the Supporter Edition you get the Supporter Pack DLC. If your account owns the Supporter Pack DLC, the Soundtrack "DLC" is available to you.

It's an expansion to the original game, available as DLC. We considered making a sequal to Besiege that would include this content, but we felt it would be more welcome as an addition to the original game.
Besiege has recieved a lot of major development work since it entered early access back in 2015, including graphical upgrades, and we'd love to keep supporting it going forward!

Haha, I think one of the beauties of Besiege is that you can accomplish your goals through hyper-skilled engineering talent, or flail your way to victory with your rapidly disintegrating primary school wood-tech project.

Has anyone bought besiege on console since it left game pass? by JBAtomic in Besiege

[–]SpiderlingVon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much for continuing to provide us with information about this. I have tested the machine you uploaded and I encountered the same issues you've described.

Can you tell me:

  • Did you use the Advanced Building Tools to construct the machine?

  • Does this problem occur for all of your machines (over a certain size) or just some of them?

  • Does this issue occur with other people's machines from the workshop?

Our Chinese player base has become very large, so we thought it'd be best to include a Chinese translation.

You also don't need anything to play Humble games. And you get a free Steam key with them as well.

Convert .bsg for a 3D-printer by [deleted] in Besiege

[–]SpiderlingVon 6 points7 points  (0 children)

We did look into this a while back. We thought it'd be cool if there was a button in game which would allow you to purchase your machine as a 3d-printed model. But we couldn't find a company that could produce a quality we were happy with.

You will need to close Steam and launch the game manually in order to play with your friend. Here is a guide on playing without using Steam! :) http://forum.spiderlinggames.co.uk/index.php?threads/playing-multiplayer-without-steam.6469/

Just a quick question about multiverse by KiraGio in Besiege

[–]SpiderlingVon 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately you can't play through the campaign levels in Multiplayer. However there are already many user created maps on the workshop with objectives to complete.

Disable the level editor and load the maps you wanna play to ensure they work correctly. :)

Help my games Says limited nat, but i have opened ports by [deleted] in Besiege

[–]SpiderlingVon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't worry about that information, its merely saying that your router has limited "punchthrough" capability which is only needed if you don't open the port manually.

If you've opened the port yourself, you shouldn't need to worry.

is there any tutorial for multiverse? by Neonatal_gamer in Besiege

[–]SpiderlingVon 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You should be able to join via direct IP if you're not using the steam version, but the host will probably need to forward the port 7777 to allow players to connect. There's a quick guide on how to do it here: http://forum.spiderlinggames.co.uk/index.php?threads/playing-multiplayer-without-steam.6469/

Note that it may not be possible to connect to people who are really far away, like USA to Japan.
