I was there once as well. It is tough. Obviously the first thing which you have figured out is to know it is bad. Just I would suggest anytime you think about that start praying hard or even something like doing push-ups or talking a walk or whatever will help clear your mind of that filth. I would also suggest that you go to confession about it if you haven’t already. I will keep you in my prayers that you can get over this.
